Over charged on product and argument against the custome

On 13th jan i went to the "more" (nallasopara west branch) as usual, along with other products i purchased 3 coconuts which was priced at 7.66rs each with an "offer" of "buy two get 1 free".

after billing i was shocked to check that i was charged 22.98rs, i asked the staff to please rectify it.

to my surprise i was waiting for any staff or manager attending me for 25mins.later a staff came to me and told that i should go to the managers office where i saw 4 guys sitting i entered they very rudely asked me "what is the problem"(mr.sanjay tiwari).

after he forwarded the call to mr.sayyed (long hair guy)..he told me that i am confused with the pricing.

i asked him for the refund and i dont need the coconut... he denied.

i hope you guys might take neccessary action
