Massive cost of food items

The food items cost at this food outlet is massively high without proper atmosphere, quality or service .even minimum items like 14 idles along with sambar which cost around Rs 90/- a plate which is too atrocious and without any bench marking. A small breakfast at this out for four people cost @ 800/-, whether this outlet having any star grading? if this is the condition prevails it very difficult for a employee (working class)/commoner to survive in places like this. Are there any special criteria for this out let?
