Excess rate than MRP

I bought 500 ml Nandi Aqua Drinking water on 15th May at L.M Bakery, Vijaya Nagar, Bangalore.

The MRP says Rs.5/-

But the shopkeeper collected Rs.8/-

When enquired, he replied saying that "it was a printing mistake by the company. The actual rate is Rs.8/ only"

When I visited the website www.nandiaqua.com

It says that till 31st May the drinking water bottle of 500 ml is sold at a concessional rate of Rs.5/-

Proper actions should be taken regarding this.
