Not delivering ontime also no proper response

Am the entrepreneur of an restaurant, we it is the monopolised restaurant running from past 18yrs, the order which v made an order for 20 to 30 crats to the tumkur delar they'r unable to deliver it ontime and still they'r not responding well, and this has been repeated many times, because of this our customers are disappointed, also very lazy replies. We'r so unhappy about coco cola suppliers, so plaese take some fast ation regarding this issue, and request u to sort this as soon as possible.
