Overpricing

Recently I had purchased a glass bottle of Maaza 200 ml from Bandhan Sweets, Riddhi Siddhi building, Sector-3, New Panvel. The price (MRP) printed on the bottle was Rs.9/- but when i gave the shopkeeper Rs.10/- he refused to give my remaining 1 Rs. and further went on to explain that

Rs. 1 was towards cooling charges.

Hence i request you to kindly take this shopkeeper to task so that consumers are not taken for a ride.
