Hair in Parle Cheeselings Ja

I bought a jar of cheeselings from a shop in Pune. The jar contains a strand of human hair which is clearly visible from outside since the jar is transparent. The jar is sealed and still held with me. I wrote an official letter to the company bringing out the problem and asking for adequate compensation. I have also sent the pic of the jar (with the hair visible) to their company rep. However, the company's response has been lukewarm to say the least. What should I do from this point onwards?
