Overcharging

Dear Sir,

A dealer ' Shah Virji Waghji & co" in our area is always charging Rs 2 to 5 extra on MRP as freezing charges. Have never seen a brand product like Pepsi being overcharged by any other dealers in Mumbai.

Can you please confirm if the dealer is justified in over charging. Just to mention the cold drinks he sells are not cold at all.
