Polluted soft drink with sealed bottle

Respected Sir,

Last Day i Bought 5 Bottles of Slice a product of Pepsio. Suddnely i found a pouch in a bottle it while the bottle was sound a seal pack. So i want to go leggle for this against the company.

please suggest what is the process
