Foreign Matter Found

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have undergone Angioplasty on 04/06/10 and doctor advised me to take oats in breakfast. My wife bought Quaker Oats on 07/06/10 from Reliance Fresh Morar. While I was taking the oats a plastic type material (Foreign matter) having 13 mm length pinch my inner chick.

Such foreign matter can be life threatning to a freshly undergone angioplasty patient.
