Very Unprofessional Manager.. Denied to give corporate 25% discount of HCL

Today I went to PHD-Pizza Hut Delivery Branch, Sector-6, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. No. (91)-(120)-4104333... One of the worst experience, i have had in my life at this Pizza Hut center. Very unprofessional employee are working there. they don't know how to deal with customer. after standing 15 minutes on the counter, one guy attended me as he was talking over phone with his friend (Not taking any order)..I ordered pizaa and asked for corporate discount... attendent asked the company i told HCL he said ok and i gave my visiting card... after waiting 15 min for pizza, he came and asked that please show your ID card..I Said what is this!!! I have come across all the pizza huts in Delhi NCR and taken discount and if you have a doubt then you need to confirm it if i am fake... i asked him to dial numbers on card to confirm... but the manager Javed refused to do it and behaved very rudely... he forgot how to talk to the customers... all staff and specially managers are really Immature, Unprofessional and untrained. I never expected such kind of unprofessionalism from the brand like PIZZA HUT... Now it was my last time to visit in pizza hut..i will always prefer and refer Dominos to everyone...

These kind of garbage employees are spoiling the name of Pizza hut!!..I want to take strict action against these guys. otherwise I am going to escalate this issue to HCL Top Management and legal team that Pizza hut denied to give discount on HCL Corporate scheme... I am really very much disappointed and frustrated taking this!!!
