Very over bicake

Espected sir,

i have buy'ed a good day cookies on thursday i.e., on 20 dec when i open'ed it i found that they were over bicake'ed i complain'ed at britannia customer care that day only they sure'ed me they ll sove my problem with in 24 hours but 2day is 25 th dec nothing had happen'ed yet LOT NO. B111220. I have the rapper with me so plz solve my problem as soon as possible. & after i had complain i had tryed to contant so many times with them but no 1 picks up the call...
