HP Gas conncetion Unlock

We are using HP LPG connection and booking once in every 3 months at our distributer. Earilear we never know about online checking/filling; our distributer only doing so. Now our conncetion got blocked. As per system last booking was 08-January. When we rush the dealer he is saying that he doesn't know about it.
