Non- delivery on kitchen cylinder

I am a resident of Ashok Vihar colony. I booked a kitchen gas cylinder on 1st May from J.J. Gas Servive, WP-84, wazirpur, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52. My gas number is 12211 (D). Despite a confirmation message including the refill booking number- 83-6180804, I hav'nt recieved the gas cylinder. The cash memo number is 165. Its been more than a week i have been waiting for the cylinder. Preparing food is becomming a problem now! I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps.
