Delivery not in time and rude behaviour on phone

Today, i.e 10th july, I ordered pizza from Dominos exactly at 3.26 pm But i recieved the order 4.20pm. And before that i had called Dominos 3 times asking for the order. As the order was late the Dominos guy told me to ask for discount of Rs 300 from the delivery boy. But after few minutes of the delivery of the food i recived a call from Dominos And a word with VIKRAM, he was very rude and told me the i was suppose to wait for the delivery boy outside on the road. He did not listen a bit and with a Bad behaviour told me that he will make sure the food will never be delivered at my premises.

THIS IS SUCH AN UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH. Also i think Dominos is more comcerned about making money than customer satifaction.
