Dominos Pizza
Poor Service, Indecent Behaviou

I had ordered a pizza from Dominos at 8:37pm on 27th Sep'2011 and got delivery at my doorstep at 09:13pm. I showed my call time to delivery person and the time he came to my doorstep and as it was good 6 minutes past 30mins - free timeline, I expected it to be free.

But when he called his manger - Satya Krishna, He said time we punched was 08:45pm and thus it's before 30mins. I said I can show call time, to which he replied I can change that (don't know how he justifies to update call time which has already happened..??).

Finally I paid him the amount, but they were indecent enough to not provide any chilli-flakes/ organo after this delay & argument.

What kind of service Dominos is claiming, when 30mins deadline is not respected neither customers are getting the deserved service/ treatment..??

A big NO to Dominos going forward, after so many years of association..!!
