How Frontier Biscuits Cheated With Flawed Billing

Being one of the leading retailers in India, frontier biscuits is taking its customers for a ride while charging much over the MRP as printed on the product packaging. The proof attached with this letter clearly show how frontier is fleecing the customers, while taking their faith and trust for a ride. The attached product were bought from frontier and billed without seeing the MRP. The same was paid for and upon confirmation later, it was seen how illegally the amount for one of the products whose MRP is INR 115 was inflated to INR 215 without the knowledge of the customer. The inflated bill was paid for and later realized that the products were overcharged for.

This complaint is with respect to the unlawful activities which are being carried out by frontier biscuits in their billing operations and as lawful citizens of India, we as consumers demand justice in the form of a written apology from frontier biscuits along with a re-imbursement of the amount paid for along with Rs.55000/- towards our legal fee and time wasted towards exercising our own rights as consumers of India as given by the consumer rights cell.
