Non-issuance of LPG cylinder connection

I had filed an application for new gas connection at Golden Gas agency, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon; in the month of May. Since then, the agency has been complaining about being OUT OF STOCK for connection and has repeatedly asked me to comeback two weeks, three weeks. It has been five months since I had applied for a new connection and still haven't received any assurance of receiving the same.

On asking waiting list number which is going on, based on which they are allocating, they are NOT TRANSPARENT and have been telling that till now people who had applied in month of Feb are being allocated cylinder connections.

If there's a way I can get some transparency in waiting list number which is being followed, it would be helpful.
