Indian bar and restarents
Very poor quality and hygiene

Small/medium size bar and restorents in bangalore and other indian cities they don't clean the restarent, including chairs tables (i have seen many bars not washed for years). just they keep wiping the foods leftover . they never clean their kitchen utentsils . the used glasses first dipped in a

washing solution mixed with water then dipped in a water tub cleaning is over they use the same water for many days.

they use rotton fish, meat and charge at a premium rates (they can charge as they wish).they used to supply cheep adultered drinks.

in some hotels they use banana leaves for serving food they serve the food even without cleaning the bird dropings on the leaves.

the problem is everybody is taking bribes, food and health officials never visit them, how they recive their bribes i don't know.

if we are not accepting a bad food they won't take it back, they will force us to pay for that.

only rowdies can order them for better food.

if a common men not accepts a bad food and refused to pay for that, they call rowdies/police to handle them . nobody is there to support a coustomer...
