Spoiled curd

I bought a packet of curd on 4th Nov'2011 from Rajdhani dairy, DDA market, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi-110085.

Its expiry date is 6th but it was stinking very badly. I approached the shop owner but it wasn't of any use. I tried calling your customer care also but no one received my call.
