Regarding extra charge on MRP

I m buy the amul milk in which include 3 tond packet and 1 full cream packet whose total MRP is Rs 32.50 for tond milk and Rs 15 for full cream which total amount is Rs 49.50, but all shopkeeper charge the RS 50 . So all shop kepper charges all day 50 paise extra.when i say to shopkeeper regarding this, he got angry, but i pay 50 paise extar every day, please resolve this problem as soon as.
