Higher price than MRP

Dear Concerned,

A milk distributer in Powai maned as "Powai Sweets and Milk Centre"

Add: Powai Milk Centre, Opp IIT maingate, Powai, Mumbai.

They have been charging us more than MRP on each milk 1/2 litre pouch. The price in 12.50 whereas he takes 14 for each. The amount maybe be minimal but the act is cheating consumers. I did mention this to the shopkeeper but he reluctantly replied tht the milk prices have increased so he's selling higher than MRP. But these actions are illegal to sell beyong printed MRP.

Kindly see to it and address the action taken against such people.
