Milk distributors illegal charges

I have moved to Vapi (Gujrat) last month from Ahmedanad.we take Amul milk bags every day since last so many years. and what I am finding here at vapi, that all the distributers or shopkeepers charge 50 peisa extra on MRP.for any milk bags of Amul. and that too not as a delivery charges or storage charges..they just sell milk and illegally charges extra in all over the city, they dont even bother to give any reason for this. They all have made up union sort of thing that nobody can sell the milk on MRP.

I m sure that Amul milk comp. doesnt get any of this extra amount.but atleast they should talk to these distributors regarding this as this is going on in all over this small city without any hasitation and fear.
