Rotten Paneer inside the sealed packet

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 1 packet of Amul Paneer –200gm from

Mr. Subir’s Shop

73, College Road,

Ground Floor,

Howrah-711103

When opened the packet we found that the Paneer inside is smelling rotten and immediately gone back to shop to request for change through your company representative and bought another packet from the Shop at 19, College Road, Howrah-711103 which smells perfectly!

Today When I have gone back to the shop for replacement of the earlier packet he behaved very improperly and said that the AMUL representative refused to replace and told the paneer is perfect! Without loosing my tembper I have taken back the paneer to my home and left my Phone number for a call by AMUL representative to Mr. Subir.

If this the condition of your AMUL representative & dealer of AMUL product, I have to change to some other brand who at least behave properly with a lady!
