AMUL TAZZA
CURDLED MILK IN TETRAPACK

From a SEALED Carton of 12 TETRAPACKS of AMUL TAZZA OF:

BATCH NO. GAK0431L3 OF 13 FEB 11

I found ONE TETRAPACK of

AMUL CALCI 25/01 L3 GH329 02:34:35

which was TOTALLY CURDLED.

I emailed AMUL regarding the same and also spoke to the CUSTOMER CARE REP MR. SINHA; gave him details and my address adn he assured me on FRIDAY APRIL 1st, that he will ask his rep in Mumbai to come with a replacement.

Since nobody came I contacted him again on SATURDAY APRIL 2nd and he assured me again that someone would definitely come to my residence.

My feeling is that

AMUL IS TRYING TO PALM OFF DEFECTIVE TETRAPACKS OF CALCI (WHICH IS COSTLIER THAN TAZZA AND MAYBE DOES NOT SELL) IN CARTONS OF TAZZA.

SO CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE.
