Poor shoddy work and management

Physical Service very poor, though planning is good.

My experience with Modular Kitchens here is that the planning stage is good, well addressed. But, the actual carpentry is too poor. No one supervises the carpentry or even comes once to actually check if the work is being carried out properly, poor management. The work is shobby without alignments, with many gaps. Handles have started coming out, within a month of use. Adjacent doors clash and open together.

The discomfort level is high, especially when you realize that you had spent from your own pockets to get this kind of work done. I don't feel my money's worth.

I regret now having placed the order here, should have stuck to more branded ones like Godrej, etc. I have withdrawn other subsequent orders planned earlier to be placed here.
