Hi this is jenny james i resides at bhayander west itself, i booked some of the furniture from the furniture bazaar of Maxus Mall at bhayander on 12/09, but it seems that the staff working there are careless and they ignore the complaint, i had purchased a full bedroom set along with Twitter bed, Bean Bag, LCD unit Wardrobe, King size bed and dressing table, it has been a month that my furniture in not in place everything came very late though they were confirming me that it will come this saturday sunday or next saturday sunday but it was always delayed by weeks and weeks, first of all they send me twitter bed which was open the bean bag colour was different stool had a different colour then at last i had to wait to get everything replaced as whatever was mentioned bill came exactly the opposite i had to go again and again to tell them that my furniture is yet not recieved, when i got my Bed for fixing the tools were missing then again i have to wait for another day and Manager of the Store Mr. Parvinder Singh Cell No-9320660511 had told me assured me everytime it will come and the other staff also Mr. Prashant Mr. Ramesh and other two more.

my dressing tabel is yet not fixed they had sent me both the drawers of same side i had inform this to Mr. Parvinder Singh past two weeks back but nothing is in place, while bringing the furniture the store staff had broke my Ceiling Center Piece also and when i asked him to join it he said call some electrician he will do that, its a harrasement i have been facing from past one month and paying a big amount for this because now when i call them they do not pick my phone or ignore by saying that they are not there in the store. Mr. Parvinder Singh had given me his number by saying that whenever i have any query i can contact him any time but it seems he is least bothered about the customer pain, i really feel i have done a great mistake by chossing the furniture bazaar.

I really do not have any trust on any one out there because iam really frustrated with all that.

i hope some action will be taken against them
