Where is my furniture?

I made a purchase for Rs.27, 396/- from Big Bazaar, VIP Road, Kolkata on 08/02 vide bill No.111/4840. I have received 4 out of six items in 2 instalments upto now i.e. 27/02. I have yet to receive other two items and everyday it is very soon. Today i was told that I would be receiving the same but it is 2135 hrs now and this disgusting and insensitive Big bazaar has not yet responded. I dont know whether they will really deliver the goods or it is another way of fraudulent encashment of money.
