BIG BAZAAR
Bed Shifting

I had purchased two single beds from BIG BAZAAR, INDIRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD, two months ago. Recently during shifting of my house i asked the BIG BAZAAR customer care to help me and they DID PROMISE to help in dismantling and again putting the bed together, in the new loaction. But after that neither did their man show up nor did the customer care called. After umpteen no. of follow-up calls, we still didn't get any help from them and we had to do the task by ourselves.

BIG BAZAAR does not deliver what it promises and have left me very dissappointed.
