I bought a Proton bed from Big bazaar Thane outlet at lake city mall, Kapurbawdi and it was delivered but i have been calling for its assembly. No one pick up the number 022-39983554 and the number 022-39983560 is constantly engaged. The customer care listed under Big bazaar website is supposed to be only for future bazaar customers not big bazaar customer according to the person who answered the phone.

I think this is sick customer service
