Delay in Delivery Committment

I had purchased a TV cabinet from Big Bazaar, Baghajatin, Jadavpur, Kolkata-700 047 on 28.01.2012. Furniture deliver challan# 4020 dated 28.01.12 wherin the delivery lead time mentioned is 15 days from the date of purchase. The time period has already passed still the item is not yet delivered. This is a gross wrong commitment and misleading the customers for which proper action needs to be taken.
