Big Bazaar Mattress
Mattress was bad - sagging

I bought a bed-mattress from Big Bazaar in Vashi on June 12. Just in 2 weeks of usage, the mattress started sagging. It is very bad, I am not able to sleep properly. I called Big Bazaar many times, they assured me that they will replace it with a new & better product. But, so far, for more than 3 months, they have not acted.
