bill no:735/4476 (in the name of geo kochupurackal)

i paid for a mattress and cot from big bazaar on 30/11.they promised to deliver it free of cost in 2 days. Today being 8/12 i have not got the product yet inspite of around 30 calls made to the shop.each time they say excuses like they have no vehicle, there is rain etc and they keep saying everyday that the delivery is on the way.i paid through my credit card which is adding 2 % interest to the price i paid. I would like to atleast get my money back with interest!!
