Big Bazaar sealdah
Defective mattress

I had purchased a mattress worth Rs3999 from big bazaar sealdah on 30/5. However within few months the mattress got sagged. For the last 3months i have made several complains but nothing has been done till date. Even one of their person visited our house to check the product and he agreed that the mattress is defective. We have made many calls and even visited the store but the manager MR SOUMITRA is just making false promises and delaying the process by giving false dates.

so i am writing this mail to the concerned authority to take prior action in this regard and do favour to the needful.
