No timely services and no response to complaints

This is a complaint to Big Bazar of future group. I recently had purchased a double decker bed and craddle. I had called up for services but didn't get any response and a few things had to be delivered but still not received. Too bad service. Kindly revert as soon as possible. Mob- 09434019383
