Delay in delivry and non installation

Dear Sir, I have purchased one bookshelf from Biz Bzzar on 06.05.2012 vide receipt No 0176548. After purchasing it was advised to me that home delivery will be made on 10.05.2012. After one days delay i.e. on 11.05.2012 the parts of the item were delivered at my residence. The delivery boy could not state that when the bookshelf will be installed by them. I am really at a loss to understand what shall I do with the parts of the bookshelf. An early action is requested. Mukherjeesujit98@yahoo.in
