I recently looked out for Chester and Drawers in the Teak nand Oak shop Velachery branch. they told us there is just one piece left and that cost 10, 000 Rs, when we looked at the display piece, it has got scratches allover the place which can be visible. we then bargained saying we need discounts since it has got scratches, they told me i will check with the manger and let me know.after some time they toldme it is 8, 000 Rs we asked for 6, 500 but they have settled for 7, 000 Rs and later we have decided to buy, all of a sudden they changed the price and said we cannot give it for 7, 000Rs, we can only give it for 7, 500Rs. we were shocked. i believe the price of this product might be lesser than what we bargained, they simply quote the price by looking at the customer face. its a worst furniture shopand i can never recomments that branch at all. they customer service was poor as well. i suggest who ever wants to buy any product, check all the shops for price and then decide where to buy.
