Sub :- Complaint for Home Consume products - Mattress

I have purchased two mattress of COCOFLEX brnad from Thar Handloom, Sardarpura, Jodhpur (Raj), bill dated 05.11.2011 for Rs.8151/- this firm is dealer/retailer of mattress & home decorations from various brands Dist. Jodhpur (Rajsthan). According to them there is festive discount of 30% on the mentioned brand but while final calculation and billing they deducted 30% form MRP and than again added 14% VAT and as per my understanding VAT is already inclusive in MRP. For the same, I have complained but they refused to pass the actual discount and added additional amount of 14% after discount of 30% i.e actual benefit passed only about 16% (Communication was 30%).

Please help for the same and inquire.
