I had ordered the cushions and Its coverings to "All India Handlooms", Nr. Big Bazaar, Bharuch. He delivered the same to my house through his worker and when my wife found it short in size the worker justified it by saying that it will expand with the use. But it never expanded and after my continuous requests he sent his worker to my house after six months and the same worker came and suggested that the cushions are short in size.so i immediately reminded him that it was his fault and that he should get it replaced but the worker never turned back and i kept on requesting the vendor but all in vain. And after two long years one day i lost my patience and went to his shop and told him strictly that if he doesn't send his worker immediately i will come to his shop tomorrow and leave the cushions their..so he responded to it immediately and sent the worker the other day. the worker fixed the problem and delivered the cushions the other day.

now my problem is that the cushions r having a joint which is not advisable, the cushion cover is not of the same color and quality and it has totally disturbed the matching harmony of my furniture and the situation becomes grave when he is asking me to pay him Rs 1860/ for the cushion cover for which i have already paid before and it had to be changed only because of mistake on his part. now he has started ringing me everyday and harassing me and my family.
