Tea Stand
Regarding Delivery

I purchased one Sofa set and Tea stand in big Bazar on 23rd Feb and asked the delivery on 13th March. i came from Hyd to Bangalore just to take delivery. These big bazar people didn't turn up. I waited till 12 noon and tried to call the number what they have given in the receipt. Nobody was picking the phone. I was trying till 4 in the afternnon to contact them. No reply. Then i went to the Big Bazar at 5pm. No proper responce. Nobody is giving information abt my delivery ..again they told on 18th March we will deliver..Same thig repead on 18th also. Again i went to their office on March 18th. No use .same reply and they gave one more date in april. In april they delivered only the sofa.

They my struggle stared for Tea stand. I use to call the regulary ..nobody picks the call. I went to their office for 8 to 10 times .every time they will give new date and nothing is delivered.

At last on 19th May they asked me to select any other Tea stand because the one i already selected is out of stack it seems. I selected a new one and paid rs 800 more and they told me they are giving Rs 1000/- dicount for that... then they gave new delivery date on 21st May. I waited till 21st may evening i called the person (Yusuf) who gave me his contact number. His switched off his mobile. And office phone nobody is picking. At last i got Yusuf online. He gave the reason that because rain started at 6pm it will be delivered on 22nd evening. I called again on 22nd eveing at 7.30pm. He told it will reach by 9.30 pm. I called the guy's phone at 10pm..after one ring he switched off his mobile and asusual office phone nobody picked up... today is 23rd... still waiting for that T-Stand.

For just Rs 3000/- Tea stand delivery i came to Bangalore from Hyd twice and went to Big Bazar 8 to 10 times personally. Al most i spent more than Rs 4000/- for my transportation for this T-Stand delivery... and still waiting for that...
