Faulty Goods/ Does not honour gaurentee or commitments

I bought 3 Bean bags of XXL size from Crazy Bean bags in first week of June, out of the 3 I received, 2 were XXL & 1 was Xl while I paid for 3 XXL, first fraud from Sandeep Dhawan. One of the 3 one was damaged on delivery. It had a hole & was covered with a white tape saying XXL. When I checked the other two bags did not have the tag. I called Sandeep on the same day, who was initially prompt in picking my calls at the time of the order. Post delivery & money received stopped taking my calls, would have called him atleast 100 times. He kept committing today, tomorrow for replacement. He also said get the bean bag to chembur at his office & will replace it. I did that too, but he was unavailable, unaware & phone switched off. I have also written mails to him, while again he responded with false commitments. I have a 3 year replacement warranty the bill that he has given me. Horrible experience with Crazy Bean Bags, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Utterly non adhering to guarantee or even respect his commitments. I have lost hope now. I now saw a lot of complaints again this companty aswell as Sandeep Dhawan who seems to be the owner of the company. He never picks up calls, neither his office number is reachable post sale. Please blacklist him if possible, not worthy of doing any business with him. I also have transcripts of email commitments from him which he has failed to honor consistently. I am utterly disappointed aswell as frustrated in doing businesss with Sandeep Dhawan.

Please bar him from making any further sale or businesss henceforth, I am contemplating filing a case in consumer court against him for falsification, non committal to warranty aswell as additional cost of phone calls I have made to them. Utter rubbish & spoilt the experience of buying the bean bags for my son.
