Defective product delivered

I had purchased a f-4-door cupboard wooden cupboard from Godrej showroom, kirti nagar in the month of April. The product delivered was defective as there was a crack in the glass. A complaint regarding the defect was made the very next day day and the company agreed to change the defective part. The same arrived from Mumbai after one month and the technician found the door small. Again a complaint was made and a second door arrived in another 3-weeks time. This door was again not defective. We requested the manager of the showroom to change the product from wooden to steel cupboards, which he agreed and said that he will take up the case with the company. We are being told everyday that that the consignment will be delivered today. I am 75 years old and cannot run here and there every day. I feel cheated by the company and am undergoing a lot of stress due to this. The wooden cupboard has also been dismantled and is lying in our house. I am not able to understand why a company like godrej failed to answer any of the emails sent to them and no action has been taken so far.
