Delivering Defective Sofa

This is complaining against product and service, which I have taken last year from STEELCO FURNITURE, 18 Poddar Court, Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata GPO Kol-700001 and on delivery they delivered defective sofa set on 26th June. Leather of sofa was torn and there was also defect in cushions. I have complained about the same to the dealer (Mr. Nawal Jhawar) and he said that he will repair it soon but there is no response till date and when we call them they argue with us. They don't have manners to deal with their customers. But I want to convey the message to them you have loose your customer.

Do necessary action against them.
