WORST SERVICE..WILL NEVER DO ANY PURCHASE IN HOMETOWN AND NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HOMETOWN

No customer satisfaction for the very first purchase of furniture from hometown. Customer has to keep on following up with them to get information and that also will not happen on time. PEOPLE WILL REALLY GET IRRITATED BY HOMETOWN, HYDERABAD service, and will loose their time and money for sure..

We have ordered a dining table and damaged one is delivered to us and no action is taken even after lodging complaint for 2 weeks. Cot has been delivered but not fitted and we have to stop our office work and keep on calling them to follow up about the installation. And their response is too worst.
