Dining table from Total mall, Madiwala
All the chairs caved in within 5 months of pruchase, table not proerly asembled

I purchased one Malaysian made rubber Board Dinning table with 4 chairs (made of Block board) from Total, Madiwala during April/ May. Right from the date of purchase the table and some chairs were not properly assembled for which I immediately lodged complaint in the complaint register kept in the Mall. After some persuasion one Mr. Nagesh (Mobile No.9886783319) came and inspected and informed me that the specially made bolts are not available with him and has to be procured from local market. He promised to set it right in a couple of day. After that I contacted that person umpteen number of times and he kept on dodging me. Ultimately after long and painful persuasion I gave up and was some how managing with the furniture. In the meanwhile about a 20 days back, all of a sudden one of the chairs caved in while sitting on it. Promptly I lodged the compliant in the complaint register and informed one Mr. Satish (Mobile No. 9686664046). Even this man also premised to attend in two days. However any amount of telephonic reminders have not heeded any results so far. In the meanwhile another two chairs also got broke leaving with only one chair intact which may also collapse any moment. If the chairs and the table are not repaired immediately I am constrained to approach the consumer forum, which may spoil your reputation in the market. The only observation I can make is that the enthusiasm shown by your staff at the time of sale is totally lacking after the sale is over and the very indifferent and rude to the customers. If the same trend continues I am afraid you will be fully spoiling your name in the market. I hope at least now you will wake up and do some damage control excersise to salvage your reputation.
