Delay in installation of dining table

Order no reference :- 2000048322 dated 9th May.

I had order for the above mini dinining table (4 Seats) and passed on the instructions to the Home Town store authoroties (TGIP-Noida) to have it Installed on 23rd (Sunday). It was principally agreed.

But to the surprise the installation date was not captured in their records and I had to waste half of my day waiting for these people to turn up. At last i called their Installation Manager Vijay Diwedi. As per him they missed out capturing todays date for installation.

These people take 100% advance and then customer has no other way ot apart from begging them for getting the job done.

This is not accetable for such big group (Future Group). They have to be punctual and work towrads customer delight and capture things properly and give services for what they charge higher then the market operating price.

I will wait for another 1 hr else will return the furniture back and take back my 100% davance back from them and will never deal with this store gain and also will recomment peopole not to buy things from them by paying 100% advance.

I required I will publish this in the news papaer as well. I I face difficuklty in getting things done then I will surely take them to court thru the consumer court.
