Defective Dinning set

I purchased a Dinning set (One table and 4 chair) model no: F-10 from Estillo, Shop no 219, Metropolis Mall, Chakgaria, Kolkata-700094 of Rs.12500.00 on 30.1.2010 vide order no. HP/1031 dated 30.1.02010.

I identified on 3.2.2010 that, the dinning set is defective and I informed/ request toM/S ELEGANT ENTERPRISES

in several time over telephone to repair or replace the dinning set but they did not try to look in to the matter.
