No proper customer service

In the year 2008 i purchased a Sofa set from the aforesaid company with the cost of Rs.17600/-(On approx).

During the time of Sale the shop executive gave "N" no. of promises regarding their service. In 2010 we had a damage and we approched the show room on 16th Jan'10 for making it rectified.

But still now there found to be pathetic response from that show room and they always found to be ignoring the cusumer complaint.

My kind suggestion is not to purchace any goods from that particular show room since they don't keep their promises.
