Product not delivered even after payment of money
I had made a payment of Rs.8, 091/- for an Eric TV Table on 10th April and the product was supposed tobe delivered on 22nd April. When i call the show room they say it takes 10 more days to deliver the product as they recieved two TV tables from the head office and they are in damaged condition. can any one help me on this.
Why are damaged products delivered to show rooms and why are we asked to pay completely if the product is delayed, .
can any one rspond or refund the amount
