New furniture defects on day of delivery

We had bought a 3 piece set of recliners for 1.27 lac. They were delivered 1 week late but more importantly all these pieces had torn leatherite fabric. One recliner had a wobbly piece were the hand rest is, while another had huge gaps between 2 seats.

This is unacceptable and unforgivable.
