DEFECTIVE SOFA

I have purchased a L shaped corner on 17.10.2010 at Trade centre, Nandambakkam. The above was delivered on 30.10.2010. Within 2 months of purchase the cushion on one corner (seating) has caved in and buckled and can not be used.

The material used for cushion is sub-standard and proper wood holding the cushion is not used.

Kindly do not purchase any item from Faiz & Co., since after sales service is bad.

5 year warranty commitment is only made at the time of purchase but you have to make many frantic calls in order to get the service personnel at your residence.

It seems all items on display at Trade centre are defective and hence they are sold to people who are gullible. Take enough caution from any of the supplier at Trade centre before you proceed for buying.
